(1)溫度(du)(du)(du) 整(zheng)燙機的溫度(du)(du)(du)是靠蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)與調節兩模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的距(ju)(ju)離(li)來控(kong)制的。蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)有(you)兩個使用方法:一(yi)是上(shang)(shang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)、下(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)不送(song)汽(qi)(qi);二(er)是上(shang)(shang)、下(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)。兩模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的距(ju)(ju)離(li)小,則溫度(du)(du)(du)上(shang)(shang)升;兩模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)(ju)離(li)大,則溫度(du)(du)(du)下(xia)降。因此,整(zheng)燙機的溫度(du)(du)(du)小時(shi)(shi)是兩橫(heng)頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)(ju)離(li)較(jiao)大且(qie)下(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)不送(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi)(shi);溫度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)時(shi)(shi)是兩模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)緊(jin)緊(jin)相壓且(qie)上(shang)(shang)下(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi)(shi)。蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)中含有(you)一(yi)定的水分(fen),一(yi)般在10%~25%,水分(fen)的多少可通過(guo)控(kong)制供(gong)給的蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)達(da)到。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li) 整燙(tang)機的(de)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)有兩種:機械式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)與(yu)氣(qi)動式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。機械式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)依(yi)靠調(diao)節上(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)調(diao)節器控制;氣(qi)動式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)通過調(diao)節上(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)氣(qi)動閥控制。在操(cao)作時可用紙張、布試(shi)調(diao),同(tong)時應考濾到(dao)此壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)與(yu)熨(yun)斗加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)的(de)不同(tong)。同(tong)樣的(de)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),如(ru)在硬(ying)性(xing)物體之間(jian),服裝上(shang)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)較大(da),如(ru)在軟性(xing)物體之間(jian)、軟性(xing)與(yu)硬(ying)性(xing)物體之間(jian),其柔軟的(de)程度會抵(di)消一(yi)部分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)。
(3)冷(leng)卻 服裝(zhuang)在熨燙完(wan)成后,通(tong)過抽濕系統(tong)的控制,使底模形成負壓,讓空氣(qi)迅速(su)透過置于其(qi)上的服裝(zhuang),從而將服裝(zhuang)上的蒸汽熱量和水分隨空氣(qi)一起帶(dai)走。
工業洗衣機廠(chang)家冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)有兩(liang)種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)式:一種(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)合模(mo)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que),也就(jiu)是(shi)當上下(xia)模(mo)頭仍(reng)合在(zai)一起(qi)時冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que),此方(fang)式所需的(de)時間(jian)較(jiao)長,定形(xing)效果好;另一種(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)開(kai)模(mo)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que),即將上模(mo)開(kai)啟冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que),效果比(bi)上一種(zhong)(zhong)稍差,但(dan)時間(jian)較(jiao)短。可按下(xia)列步(bu)驟進行。
一:將服裝放在下模頭(tou)上;
二(er):降(jiang)下燙(tang)臺(tai)頭部,使(shi)用(yong)蒸汽(qi)噴(pen)射;
三:抬起燙臺頭部,使取形服裝以便它平整光(guang)滑;
四(si):合攏燙臺頭部,再一次使蒸汽噴(pen)射;
五:抬起燙臺頭(tou)部,使用真空吸(xi)濕去(qu)除濕氣和熱量。
