(1)溫度(du)(du) 整燙機(ji)的(de)溫度(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)靠(kao)蒸汽(qi)(qi)量與調節兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)距離來(lai)控制的(de)。蒸汽(qi)(qi)量有(you)(you)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個使用方法:一是(shi)(shi)(shi)上模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)、下(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)不送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi);二是(shi)(shi)(shi)上、下(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)同(tong)時(shi)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)。兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)距離小,則溫度(du)(du)上升;兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距離大,則溫度(du)(du)下(xia)(xia)降。因此,整燙機(ji)的(de)溫度(du)(du)小時(shi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)橫頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距離較大且下(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)不送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi);溫度(du)(du)高時(shi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)緊(jin)(jin)緊(jin)(jin)相壓且上下(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)同(tong)時(shi)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi)。蒸汽(qi)(qi)中含有(you)(you)一定的(de)水分,一般在10%~25%,水分的(de)多(duo)少(shao)可通過控制供給的(de)蒸汽(qi)(qi)量達到。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li) 整(zheng)燙(tang)機(ji)的(de)(de)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)有(you)兩種:機(ji)械式(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)與氣動式(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。機(ji)械式(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)依靠(kao)調(diao)(diao)節上模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)調(diao)(diao)節器控制;氣動式(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)通過調(diao)(diao)節上模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)氣動閥控制。在(zai)操作時可用紙張、布試調(diao)(diao),同(tong)(tong)時應考(kao)濾(lv)到此壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)與熨斗加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)的(de)(de)不同(tong)(tong)。同(tong)(tong)樣的(de)(de)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya),如在(zai)硬性物體之(zhi)間(jian)(jian),服裝上的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)較大,如在(zai)軟性物體之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)、軟性與硬性物體之(zhi)間(jian)(jian),其柔軟的(de)(de)程(cheng)度(du)會抵(di)消一部分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)。
(3)冷卻(que) 服(fu)(fu)裝在(zai)熨燙完成(cheng)后,通過抽(chou)濕系統的(de)控制,使(shi)底模形成(cheng)負(fu)壓,讓空氣迅速透(tou)過置于其上的(de)服(fu)(fu)裝,從(cong)而將服(fu)(fu)裝上的(de)蒸汽熱量(liang)和水(shui)分(fen)隨空氣一起帶走。
工業洗衣(yi)機廠家冷(leng)(leng)卻有兩種(zhong)方(fang)式(shi):一種(zhong)是(shi)合模(mo)冷(leng)(leng)卻,也就是(shi)當上(shang)下(xia)模(mo)頭仍合在一起(qi)時冷(leng)(leng)卻,此方(fang)式(shi)所需的(de)時間(jian)較長,定(ding)形效(xiao)(xiao)果好;另(ling)一種(zhong)是(shi)開模(mo)冷(leng)(leng)卻,即(ji)將上(shang)模(mo)開啟冷(leng)(leng)卻,效(xiao)(xiao)果比(bi)上(shang)一種(zhong)稍差,但時間(jian)較短。可按下(xia)列步(bu)驟進行。
一:將服裝放在下模頭上;
二:降下燙臺頭部,使用蒸汽噴(pen)射;
三:抬起(qi)燙(tang)臺頭部,使取形服(fu)裝以(yi)便(bian)它平(ping)整(zheng)光滑;
四:合(he)攏燙臺頭部,再一次使蒸汽噴射;
五:抬起燙臺頭(tou)部(bu),使用真空吸濕(shi)去除濕(shi)氣(qi)和熱量。
