(1)溫(wen)度(du) 整燙機(ji)的溫(wen)度(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)靠蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)量與調節(jie)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間的距離(li)來控制(zhi)的。蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)量有(you)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個使(shi)用方(fang)法(fa):一(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)上模(mo)頭(tou)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)、下模(mo)頭(tou)不送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)(qi);二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)上、下模(mo)頭(tou)同(tong)時送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)。兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間的距離(li)小(xiao),則(ze)溫(wen)度(du)上升;兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間距離(li)大(da),則(ze)溫(wen)度(du)下降。因此,整燙機(ji)的溫(wen)度(du)小(xiao)時是(shi)(shi)(shi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)橫(heng)頭(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間距離(li)較大(da)且(qie)下模(mo)頭(tou)不送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)時;溫(wen)度(du)高時是(shi)(shi)(shi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間緊緊相壓且(qie)上下模(mo)頭(tou)同(tong)時送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)時。蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)中含有(you)一(yi)定的水分(fen),一(yi)般在(zai)10%~25%,水分(fen)的多(duo)少(shao)可通過控制(zhi)供給的蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)量達到。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li) 整(zheng)燙(tang)機的加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)有兩種:機械式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)與氣(qi)動式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。機械式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)依靠調(diao)(diao)節上模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)調(diao)(diao)節器控制;氣(qi)動式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)通過調(diao)(diao)節上模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)氣(qi)動閥控制。在(zai)操作時可用(yong)紙張(zhang)、布(bu)試調(diao)(diao),同時應考(kao)濾(lv)到此壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)與熨斗加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)的不同。同樣(yang)的加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),如(ru)在(zai)硬(ying)性(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之間(jian)(jian),服裝(zhuang)上的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)較大,如(ru)在(zai)軟(ruan)性(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之間(jian)(jian)、軟(ruan)性(xing)與硬(ying)性(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之間(jian)(jian),其柔軟(ruan)的程度會抵消一(yi)部分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)。
(3)冷卻 服裝(zhuang)在熨(yun)燙完成(cheng)后,通過抽(chou)濕系統的(de)控制,使(shi)底模形成(cheng)負(fu)壓,讓空氣迅速透(tou)過置于其上(shang)的(de)服裝(zhuang),從而將服裝(zhuang)上(shang)的(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)熱量和(he)水分隨空氣一起帶走。
工業(ye)洗衣機(ji)廠家冷(leng)(leng)卻有(you)兩種(zhong)方式:一(yi)種(zhong)是合模(mo)冷(leng)(leng)卻,也就是當上(shang)下模(mo)頭仍合在一(yi)起時(shi)冷(leng)(leng)卻,此(ci)方式所需的(de)時(shi)間較長,定(ding)形效果(guo)好;另(ling)一(yi)種(zhong)是開模(mo)冷(leng)(leng)卻,即將上(shang)模(mo)開啟冷(leng)(leng)卻,效果(guo)比上(shang)一(yi)種(zhong)稍差,但時(shi)間較短(duan)。可(ke)按下列步驟進行。
一(yi):將服裝放在下模頭(tou)上;
二:降下燙(tang)臺頭部,使用蒸汽(qi)噴射(she);
三:抬起燙臺頭部,使取形服(fu)裝以便(bian)它平整光滑;
四:合攏燙(tang)臺頭部,再(zai)一次使(shi)蒸(zheng)汽噴射(she);
五:抬(tai)起燙臺頭部,使用真空吸濕去除濕氣(qi)和熱量。
