(1)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度 整燙機(ji)的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度是(shi)靠蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)量(liang)與調節(jie)兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的距離(li)來控制的。蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)量(liang)有兩(liang)個使用方(fang)法:一(yi)(yi)是(shi)上模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭送(song)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)、下模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭不送(song)汽(qi)(qi)(qi);二是(shi)上、下模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭同時(shi)(shi)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)。兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的距離(li)小,則溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度上升;兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)距離(li)大,則溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度下降。因此,整燙機(ji)的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度小時(shi)(shi)是(shi)兩(liang)橫(heng)頭之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)距離(li)較大且下模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭不送(song)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)(shi);溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度高時(shi)(shi)是(shi)兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)緊緊相壓且上下模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭同時(shi)(shi)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)(shi)。蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)中含有一(yi)(yi)定的水分,一(yi)(yi)般在10%~25%,水分的多少可(ke)通過控制供給的蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)量(liang)達到(dao)。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)力 整燙機(ji)(ji)的(de)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)有(you)兩種:機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)與氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)。機(ji)(ji)械(xie)(xie)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)依(yi)靠調(diao)(diao)節(jie)上(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)力調(diao)(diao)節(jie)器控(kong)制;氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)通過調(diao)(diao)節(jie)上(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)力氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)閥控(kong)制。在(zai)操作時可用紙張、布試調(diao)(diao),同(tong)時應(ying)考濾到此壓(ya)(ya)力與熨斗加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)的(de)不同(tong)。同(tong)樣的(de)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya),如在(zai)硬性(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之間(jian)(jian),服裝上(shang)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力較大,如在(zai)軟(ruan)性(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之間(jian)(jian)、軟(ruan)性(xing)與硬性(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之間(jian)(jian),其(qi)柔軟(ruan)的(de)程度會抵消一部分壓(ya)(ya)力。
(3)冷卻 服(fu)裝在熨燙完成后,通(tong)過抽濕系統的(de)控制,使底模(mo)形成負(fu)壓,讓空氣迅(xun)速透過置于其上(shang)的(de)服(fu)裝,從而將服(fu)裝上(shang)的(de)蒸汽熱(re)量(liang)和水(shui)分(fen)隨空氣一起(qi)帶走。
工業洗衣機廠(chang)家冷(leng)(leng)卻有兩種(zhong)(zhong)方式:一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)(shi)合(he)模(mo)(mo)冷(leng)(leng)卻,也就是(shi)(shi)當上(shang)下(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭仍合(he)在一(yi)(yi)起時冷(leng)(leng)卻,此方式所需的時間(jian)較(jiao)長,定(ding)形效(xiao)果(guo)好;另一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)(shi)開模(mo)(mo)冷(leng)(leng)卻,即將上(shang)模(mo)(mo)開啟(qi)冷(leng)(leng)卻,效(xiao)果(guo)比上(shang)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)稍(shao)差,但時間(jian)較(jiao)短。可按(an)下(xia)列步驟進行。
一:將服裝放在下模(mo)頭上;
二(er):降下燙臺(tai)頭部,使用蒸汽噴射;
三(san):抬起(qi)燙臺頭部,使取形服裝以便它平整光滑(hua);
四:合攏燙(tang)臺頭部,再一次使蒸汽噴射;
五(wu):抬起燙臺頭部,使(shi)用真(zhen)空(kong)吸濕去(qu)除(chu)濕氣和(he)熱(re)量。
