(1)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du) 整燙(tang)機的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)是(shi)靠蒸(zheng)汽量與(yu)調節兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)距(ju)離(li)來控(kong)制的(de)(de)(de)。蒸(zheng)汽量有兩(liang)個使用(yong)方(fang)法:一(yi)是(shi)上(shang)(shang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)送(song)(song)(song)汽、下(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)不送(song)(song)(song)汽;二是(shi)上(shang)(shang)、下(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)同時(shi)送(song)(song)(song)汽。兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)距(ju)離(li)小,則(ze)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)上(shang)(shang)升;兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)離(li)大(da),則(ze)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)下(xia)降。因此,整燙(tang)機的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)小時(shi)是(shi)兩(liang)橫頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)離(li)較(jiao)大(da)且下(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)不送(song)(song)(song)汽時(shi);溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)時(shi)是(shi)兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)緊緊相(xiang)壓且上(shang)(shang)下(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)同時(shi)送(song)(song)(song)汽時(shi)。蒸(zheng)汽中含有一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)分,一(yi)般在10%~25%,水(shui)分的(de)(de)(de)多少可通過控(kong)制供給的(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)汽量達到(dao)。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力 整燙機的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)有(you)兩種:機械式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)與氣(qi)動(dong)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。機械式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)依靠調節上模(mo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力調節器控(kong)制(zhi);氣(qi)動(dong)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)通過調節上模(mo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力氣(qi)動(dong)閥控(kong)制(zhi)。在操作時(shi)可用紙張、布(bu)試調,同(tong)時(shi)應考濾到此壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力與熨斗加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)。同(tong)樣的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),如(ru)在硬(ying)性物體(ti)之(zhi)間,服裝上的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力較大(da),如(ru)在軟性物體(ti)之(zhi)間、軟性與硬(ying)性物體(ti)之(zhi)間,其柔軟的(de)(de)(de)程度會抵消一部分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力。
(3)冷卻(que) 服(fu)(fu)裝(zhuang)在熨燙完成后,通過抽濕(shi)系統的控制(zhi),使底模形(xing)成負壓(ya),讓空氣迅速(su)透(tou)過置(zhi)于(yu)其上(shang)的服(fu)(fu)裝(zhuang),從而將服(fu)(fu)裝(zhuang)上(shang)的蒸汽熱量和水分(fen)隨空氣一起(qi)帶(dai)走。
工業洗衣(yi)機廠家冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)有兩種(zhong)方式(shi):一(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)合(he)模(mo)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),也就是(shi)當上下(xia)模(mo)頭仍合(he)在(zai)一(yi)起時(shi)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),此方式(shi)所需(xu)的時(shi)間較長(chang),定形效(xiao)果(guo)好;另(ling)一(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)開模(mo)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),即將上模(mo)開啟冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),效(xiao)果(guo)比上一(yi)種(zhong)稍差,但時(shi)間較短。可按下(xia)列步驟(zou)進行。
一:將服裝放在(zai)下模頭(tou)上(shang);
二:降下(xia)燙臺頭部,使用蒸(zheng)汽噴射;
三:抬起燙臺頭部,使取形服裝(zhuang)以(yi)便(bian)它平整光滑;
四:合攏(long)燙臺頭(tou)部,再一(yi)次使(shi)蒸汽噴射(she);
五(wu):抬起(qi)燙臺頭部,使用真空吸濕去除濕氣和熱量。
