工業洗衣機廠家由(you)于其是(shi)依靠整燙機的(de)(de)模頭對(dui)服裝進(jin)行的(de)(de)整體熨燙,故對(dui)一些細微(wei)之處難免顧及不到(dao)。
(1)溫(wen)度 整燙(tang)機的溫(wen)度是(shi)靠蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量與調(diao)節兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的距離(li)(li)來控制(zhi)的。蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量有兩(liang)(liang)個使用(yong)方(fang)法:一(yi)是(shi)上(shang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)、下(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)不(bu)送(song)汽(qi)(qi);二是(shi)上(shang)、下(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)。兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的距離(li)(li)小,則溫(wen)度上(shang)升;兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距離(li)(li)大(da),則溫(wen)度下(xia)(xia)降。因此,整燙(tang)機的溫(wen)度小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)是(shi)兩(liang)(liang)橫頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距離(li)(li)較大(da)且(qie)下(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)不(bu)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);溫(wen)度高時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)是(shi)兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)緊(jin)緊(jin)相壓且(qie)上(shang)下(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)中含有一(yi)定的水(shui)分(fen),一(yi)般(ban)在10%~25%,水(shui)分(fen)的多少可通(tong)過控制(zhi)供給的蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量達到。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li) 整(zheng)燙機(ji)的(de)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)有(you)兩種:機(ji)械(xie)(xie)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)與氣(qi)動(dong)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。機(ji)械(xie)(xie)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)依靠調節(jie)上模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)調節(jie)器控制;氣(qi)動(dong)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)通(tong)過調節(jie)上模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)氣(qi)動(dong)閥(fa)控制。在操作時可用紙(zhi)張、布試調,同(tong)(tong)時應考濾到(dao)此壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)與熨斗加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)的(de)不同(tong)(tong)。同(tong)(tong)樣(yang)的(de)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),如(ru)在硬性物體之(zhi)間(jian),服裝上的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)較大,如(ru)在軟(ruan)性物體之(zhi)間(jian)、軟(ruan)性與硬性物體之(zhi)間(jian),其(qi)柔(rou)軟(ruan)的(de)程度(du)會抵消(xiao)一部(bu)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)。
(3)冷卻 服裝(zhuang)在熨燙(tang)完成(cheng)后,通過抽(chou)濕(shi)系(xi)統的控(kong)制,使底模形成(cheng)負壓,讓空氣迅速(su)透(tou)過置于其上的服裝(zhuang),從而將服裝(zhuang)上的蒸汽熱(re)量和水分隨(sui)空氣一(yi)起帶(dai)走。
工業洗(xi)衣機廠(chang)家冷卻有兩種方式(shi):一(yi)種是合(he)模冷卻,也就(jiu)是當上(shang)下模頭仍合(he)在一(yi)起時(shi)冷卻,此方式(shi)所需的時(shi)間較長,定形效(xiao)(xiao)果好;另一(yi)種是開(kai)(kai)模冷卻,即將上(shang)模開(kai)(kai)啟冷卻,效(xiao)(xiao)果比(bi)上(shang)一(yi)種稍差,但時(shi)間較短。可按下列步驟進行。
一:將服裝放(fang)在下模(mo)頭上;
二:降下燙臺頭部(bu),使(shi)用蒸汽噴射;
三:抬起燙臺頭部(bu),使取形服裝以便(bian)它平整光滑(hua);
四(si):合攏燙(tang)臺頭(tou)部(bu),再一次(ci)使蒸汽噴射;
五(wu):抬起燙(tang)臺頭(tou)部,使用(yong)真空吸濕去除濕氣和熱(re)量。
