(1)溫度(du) 整燙機的(de)(de)溫度(du)是靠蒸汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)與調(diao)節兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)距(ju)離來控制的(de)(de)。蒸汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)有兩(liang)(liang)個使用方法:一(yi)是上(shang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)、下(xia)(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)不(bu)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi);二是上(shang)、下(xia)(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)同(tong)時送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)。兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)距(ju)離小(xiao)(xiao),則溫度(du)上(shang)升;兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)距(ju)離大,則溫度(du)下(xia)(xia)(xia)降。因(yin)此,整燙機的(de)(de)溫度(du)小(xiao)(xiao)時是兩(liang)(liang)橫(heng)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)距(ju)離較(jiao)大且下(xia)(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)不(bu)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)時;溫度(du)高時是兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)緊緊相(xiang)壓(ya)且上(shang)下(xia)(xia)(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)同(tong)時送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)時。蒸汽(qi)(qi)中含有一(yi)定的(de)(de)水(shui)分,一(yi)般在10%~25%,水(shui)分的(de)(de)多少(shao)可(ke)通過(guo)控制供給(gei)的(de)(de)蒸汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)達到。
(2)壓(ya)力 整燙(tang)機的加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)有兩種(zhong):機械(xie)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)與(yu)氣(qi)(qi)動式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)。機械(xie)式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)依(yi)靠(kao)調節(jie)上(shang)模壓(ya)力調節(jie)器控制(zhi);氣(qi)(qi)動式(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)通過調節(jie)上(shang)模壓(ya)力氣(qi)(qi)動閥(fa)控制(zhi)。在(zai)操作時可用紙(zhi)張、布(bu)試調,同(tong)(tong)時應(ying)考濾到此壓(ya)力與(yu)熨斗加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)的不同(tong)(tong)。同(tong)(tong)樣的加(jia)(jia)壓(ya),如(ru)在(zai)硬性(xing)(xing)物(wu)體之(zhi)間,服裝上(shang)的壓(ya)力較大,如(ru)在(zai)軟性(xing)(xing)物(wu)體之(zhi)間、軟性(xing)(xing)與(yu)硬性(xing)(xing)物(wu)體之(zhi)間,其柔(rou)軟的程度會抵(di)消(xiao)一部分壓(ya)力。
(3)冷卻 服裝在熨燙完(wan)成后,通(tong)過(guo)抽(chou)濕系統(tong)的控(kong)制,使底模形成負壓,讓空氣(qi)迅速透過(guo)置(zhi)于其上(shang)的服裝,從而將服裝上(shang)的蒸(zheng)汽熱量和水分隨空氣(qi)一起帶走。
工(gong)業洗(xi)衣機廠家冷(leng)卻(que)有兩種(zhong)方式:一種(zhong)是合模(mo)冷(leng)卻(que),也就是當上(shang)下模(mo)頭仍合在一起(qi)時(shi)冷(leng)卻(que),此(ci)方式所需的時(shi)間較(jiao)長,定形(xing)效果好;另一種(zhong)是開(kai)模(mo)冷(leng)卻(que),即將上(shang)模(mo)開(kai)啟冷(leng)卻(que),效果比上(shang)一種(zhong)稍差,但時(shi)間較(jiao)短。可(ke)按下列(lie)步驟進行。
一(yi):將(jiang)服裝放在(zai)下模頭上;
二:降下燙臺頭(tou)部,使(shi)用(yong)蒸汽噴(pen)射;
三:抬起(qi)燙臺頭部,使取形服(fu)裝(zhuang)以便它平整光滑(hua);
四:合攏燙臺頭部,再一次(ci)使蒸汽噴射;
五:抬起燙臺頭部,使用真空吸濕去(qu)除(chu)濕氣和熱量。
