(1)溫(wen)(wen)度 整(zheng)燙(tang)(tang)機的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度是靠(kao)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)量與(yu)調節兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)距(ju)離來控(kong)制的(de)(de)。蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)量有兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)使用方法(fa):一是上模(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)送(song)汽(qi)、下(xia)模(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)不(bu)送(song)汽(qi);二是上、下(xia)模(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)送(song)汽(qi)。兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)距(ju)離小,則溫(wen)(wen)度上升(sheng);兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)距(ju)離大,則溫(wen)(wen)度下(xia)降(jiang)。因此,整(zheng)燙(tang)(tang)機的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度小時(shi)(shi)是兩(liang)(liang)橫頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)距(ju)離較大且(qie)(qie)下(xia)模(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)不(bu)送(song)汽(qi)時(shi)(shi);溫(wen)(wen)度高時(shi)(shi)是兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)緊(jin)緊(jin)相壓且(qie)(qie)上下(xia)模(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)送(song)汽(qi)時(shi)(shi)。蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)中(zhong)含(han)有一定的(de)(de)水分,一般在10%~25%,水分的(de)(de)多少(shao)可(ke)通過控(kong)制供(gong)給的(de)(de)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)量達到。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li) 整燙機的(de)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)有兩種(zhong):機械式(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)與氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。機械式(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)依靠調節上模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)調節器(qi)控制;氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)通過調節上模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)閥控制。在(zai)操作時可用(yong)紙(zhi)張、布試(shi)調,同(tong)時應考濾(lv)到(dao)此壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)與熨斗加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)的(de)不同(tong)。同(tong)樣的(de)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya),如在(zai)硬性物(wu)體(ti)之(zhi)間(jian),服裝上的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)較大(da),如在(zai)軟(ruan)性物(wu)體(ti)之(zhi)間(jian)、軟(ruan)性與硬性物(wu)體(ti)之(zhi)間(jian),其柔軟(ruan)的(de)程度(du)會抵(di)消一部分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。
(3)冷(leng)卻(que) 服裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在熨燙完成后,通過抽(chou)濕系統的控(kong)制,使(shi)底模(mo)形成負壓,讓(rang)空(kong)氣(qi)迅速(su)透(tou)過置于其上的服裝(zhuang)(zhuang),從而將服裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上的蒸汽熱量和(he)水分隨空(kong)氣(qi)一(yi)起帶走(zou)。
工業洗衣機廠家冷(leng)卻(que)有(you)兩種(zhong)方式(shi)(shi):一種(zhong)是合(he)模(mo)冷(leng)卻(que),也就(jiu)是當上(shang)下模(mo)頭(tou)仍合(he)在一起時冷(leng)卻(que),此方式(shi)(shi)所需的時間較長,定(ding)形效果好(hao);另一種(zhong)是開模(mo)冷(leng)卻(que),即將上(shang)模(mo)開啟冷(leng)卻(que),效果比(bi)上(shang)一種(zhong)稍差,但時間較短。可按下列步驟進行。
一(yi):將服裝放在下(xia)模頭(tou)上(shang);
二:降下燙臺頭(tou)部,使用蒸汽噴射;
三:抬起(qi)燙臺頭(tou)部,使取(qu)形服裝(zhuang)以(yi)便它平整光(guang)滑(hua);
四:合攏燙臺(tai)頭部,再(zai)一(yi)次使蒸汽噴射;
五:抬起(qi)燙臺(tai)頭(tou)部,使用(yong)真空吸(xi)濕去除濕氣和(he)熱量(liang)。
