(1)溫(wen)(wen)度 整燙機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度是(shi)靠(kao)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量與調節兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)距(ju)離(li)來(lai)控制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)。蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量有兩(liang)個使(shi)用方法:一是(shi)上模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)、下模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)不(bu)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi);二(er)是(shi)上、下模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)同(tong)時(shi)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)。兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)距(ju)離(li)小(xiao),則溫(wen)(wen)度上升;兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間距(ju)離(li)大,則溫(wen)(wen)度下降。因此,整燙機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度小(xiao)時(shi)是(shi)兩(liang)橫頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間距(ju)離(li)較大且下模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)不(bu)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi);溫(wen)(wen)度高時(shi)是(shi)兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間緊緊相壓(ya)且上下模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)同(tong)時(shi)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi)。蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)中(zhong)含(han)有一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)水分,一般在10%~25%,水分的(de)(de)(de)多少可通(tong)過控制(zhi)供給(gei)的(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量達到。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力 整(zheng)燙機(ji)的加(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式有兩種:機(ji)械式加(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)與(yu)氣動式加(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。機(ji)械式加(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)依靠調節上(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力調節器控制(zhi)(zhi);氣動式加(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)通過調節上(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力氣動閥控制(zhi)(zhi)。在(zai)操作時可用紙(zhi)張、布試調,同時應(ying)考濾到(dao)此(ci)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力與(yu)熨斗加(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式的不同。同樣的加(jia)(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),如(ru)(ru)在(zai)硬(ying)性(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之間,服裝(zhuang)上(shang)的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力較大,如(ru)(ru)在(zai)軟性(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之間、軟性(xing)與(yu)硬(ying)性(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之間,其柔軟的程(cheng)度會抵消一部分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力。
(3)冷卻 服裝(zhuang)在(zai)熨(yun)燙完(wan)成后,通過(guo)抽(chou)濕系統的控制,使底模(mo)形成負(fu)壓,讓空氣迅速透過(guo)置于其上的服裝(zhuang),從而(er)將服裝(zhuang)上的蒸汽熱(re)量和水分隨空氣一(yi)起帶走。
工(gong)業洗(xi)衣機(ji)廠家冷卻(que)有(you)兩種方(fang)式(shi):一種是合(he)模冷卻(que),也就是當上下模頭仍(reng)合(he)在(zai)一起(qi)時(shi)冷卻(que),此方(fang)式(shi)所(suo)需(xu)的時(shi)間較長(chang),定形效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)好(hao);另一種是開模冷卻(que),即將上模開啟冷卻(que),效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)比上一種稍差(cha),但時(shi)間較短。可按下列步驟進行。
一:將服(fu)裝放在下模頭上(shang);
二:降下燙臺頭部,使用蒸汽噴射;
三:抬起(qi)燙臺頭(tou)部(bu),使取形服裝以便(bian)它(ta)平整(zheng)光滑;
四(si):合攏(long)燙臺(tai)頭部,再(zai)一次使(shi)蒸汽噴射(she);
五(wu):抬起(qi)燙臺頭部,使用真(zhen)空(kong)吸濕去除濕氣和熱量。
