工業洗衣機廠家由于(yu)其是(shi)依(yi)靠整燙(tang)機(ji)的模頭(tou)對(dui)服裝進(jin)行的整體熨燙(tang),故(gu)對(dui)一些細微之處難免顧及不到。
(1)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du) 整燙機的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)靠(kao)蒸汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)與調節兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)距離(li)來控制的(de)(de)。蒸汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)有(you)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個使用方法:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)上模(mo)頭(tou)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)、下模(mo)頭(tou)不送(song)汽(qi)(qi);二是(shi)(shi)上、下模(mo)頭(tou)同(tong)時送(song)汽(qi)(qi)。兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)距離(li)小(xiao),則(ze)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)上升;兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距離(li)大,則(ze)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)下降。因此,整燙機的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)小(xiao)時是(shi)(shi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)橫頭(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距離(li)較大且下模(mo)頭(tou)不送(song)汽(qi)(qi)時;溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)高(gao)時是(shi)(shi)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)模(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)緊(jin)緊(jin)相壓(ya)且上下模(mo)頭(tou)同(tong)時送(song)汽(qi)(qi)時。蒸汽(qi)(qi)中含有(you)一(yi)定的(de)(de)水分,一(yi)般(ban)在(zai)10%~25%,水分的(de)(de)多少(shao)可通(tong)過控制供給的(de)(de)蒸汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)達到。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li) 整燙機的(de)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)有(you)兩種:機械(xie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)與氣動(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)。機械(xie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)依靠調(diao)節(jie)上模壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)調(diao)節(jie)器控制;氣動(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)通(tong)過調(diao)節(jie)上模壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)氣動(dong)閥控制。在(zai)(zai)操作時(shi)可用紙張(zhang)、布試調(diao),同(tong)(tong)時(shi)應考濾到此壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)與熨斗加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)不同(tong)(tong)。同(tong)(tong)樣的(de)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya),如(ru)在(zai)(zai)硬(ying)性(xing)(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian),服裝上的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)較大(da),如(ru)在(zai)(zai)軟(ruan)性(xing)(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)、軟(ruan)性(xing)(xing)與硬(ying)性(xing)(xing)物(wu)體(ti)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian),其(qi)柔軟(ruan)的(de)程度(du)會抵消一部(bu)分壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。
(3)冷(leng)卻 服裝(zhuang)在(zai)熨燙完成(cheng)后,通過(guo)抽(chou)濕系統的控(kong)制,使(shi)底(di)模形成(cheng)負壓,讓空氣(qi)迅速透(tou)過(guo)置于其(qi)上(shang)的服裝(zhuang),從而(er)將服裝(zhuang)上(shang)的蒸汽(qi)熱量和(he)水分(fen)隨空氣(qi)一起(qi)帶(dai)走(zou)。
工業洗衣機廠家冷(leng)卻有兩種(zhong)方式:一(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)合模(mo)冷(leng)卻,也就(jiu)是(shi)當上(shang)下模(mo)頭仍合在一(yi)起時冷(leng)卻,此方式所(suo)需的時間較長,定形(xing)效果(guo)好(hao);另一(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)開模(mo)冷(leng)卻,即將上(shang)模(mo)開啟冷(leng)卻,效果(guo)比上(shang)一(yi)種(zhong)稍差,但(dan)時間較短。可按下列步驟進行。
一:將服裝放在下模頭上;
二(er):降(jiang)下燙臺頭(tou)部(bu),使用(yong)蒸(zheng)汽噴射;
三:抬起(qi)燙(tang)臺頭部,使取形(xing)服裝以便它平(ping)整光滑;
四:合(he)攏燙臺頭部,再一次(ci)使蒸汽噴射;
五:抬(tai)起(qi)燙臺(tai)頭部,使(shi)用真空吸濕(shi)(shi)去除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)氣和熱(re)量。
