(1)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du) 整(zheng)燙機的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)靠蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量與(yu)調(diao)節(jie)兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之間(jian)的(de)(de)距離來控(kong)制的(de)(de)。蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量有兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)使用方(fang)法:一是(shi)(shi)上模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)、下模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)不(bu)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi);二(er)是(shi)(shi)上、下模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)同(tong)時送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)。兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之間(jian)的(de)(de)距離小,則(ze)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)上升;兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之間(jian)距離大,則(ze)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)下降。因此,整(zheng)燙機的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)小時是(shi)(shi)兩(liang)(liang)橫頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之間(jian)距離較大且(qie)下模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)不(bu)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)時;溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)時是(shi)(shi)兩(liang)(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)之間(jian)緊(jin)緊(jin)相壓且(qie)上下模(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)同(tong)時送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)時。蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)中含(han)有一定的(de)(de)水分(fen),一般在10%~25%,水分(fen)的(de)(de)多少可通過(guo)控(kong)制供給的(de)(de)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量達到。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li) 整燙機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)有兩種:機(ji)(ji)械式(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)與(yu)氣(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。機(ji)(ji)械式(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)依(yi)靠(kao)調(diao)(diao)節上(shang)(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)調(diao)(diao)節器控(kong)制;氣(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)通過調(diao)(diao)節上(shang)(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)氣(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)閥控(kong)制。在操(cao)作(zuo)時(shi)可用紙張、布試調(diao)(diao),同(tong)(tong)時(shi)應考濾到此壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)與(yu)熨斗加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)。同(tong)(tong)樣的(de)(de)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),如在硬性(xing)(xing)物(wu)(wu)體(ti)(ti)之(zhi)(zhi)間,服(fu)裝上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)較大,如在軟(ruan)性(xing)(xing)物(wu)(wu)體(ti)(ti)之(zhi)(zhi)間、軟(ruan)性(xing)(xing)與(yu)硬性(xing)(xing)物(wu)(wu)體(ti)(ti)之(zhi)(zhi)間,其柔軟(ruan)的(de)(de)程度(du)會抵消一部分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)。
(3)冷(leng)卻(que) 服裝(zhuang)在熨燙完成后,通過(guo)抽濕系統(tong)的(de)(de)控(kong)制,使底模形成負壓,讓(rang)空(kong)氣迅速透過(guo)置(zhi)于其(qi)上的(de)(de)服裝(zhuang),從而將服裝(zhuang)上的(de)(de)蒸汽熱量和水分隨空(kong)氣一起帶走(zou)。
工業洗衣機廠家冷(leng)(leng)卻有兩(liang)種(zhong)方式:一種(zhong)是合模冷(leng)(leng)卻,也就是當上下模頭仍合在一起時冷(leng)(leng)卻,此方式所需的時間較(jiao)長,定形效(xiao)果好;另(ling)一種(zhong)是開模冷(leng)(leng)卻,即將上模開啟(qi)冷(leng)(leng)卻,效(xiao)果比上一種(zhong)稍差,但(dan)時間較(jiao)短。可(ke)按下列步(bu)驟(zou)進行(xing)。
一:將服裝放(fang)在下模頭上;
二:降下燙臺頭部,使用蒸(zheng)汽噴射;
三:抬(tai)起燙(tang)臺(tai)頭部,使取形服裝以便(bian)它平整光(guang)滑;
四:合攏燙臺頭部,再一(yi)次使蒸汽噴射;
五:抬起(qi)燙臺頭(tou)部,使用(yong)真空吸濕去(qu)除濕氣和熱量。
