(1)溫(wen)度(du) 整(zheng)燙機的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)是(shi)靠蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量與(yu)調節兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)距離來(lai)控(kong)(kong)制的(de)(de)(de)。蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量有(you)兩(liang)個使(shi)用(yong)方法:一(yi)是(shi)上模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)、下(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)不送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi);二(er)是(shi)上、下(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)同時(shi)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)。兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)距離小(xiao),則溫(wen)度(du)上升;兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距離大,則溫(wen)度(du)下(xia)降(jiang)。因此,整(zheng)燙機的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)小(xiao)時(shi)是(shi)兩(liang)橫頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距離較(jiao)大且下(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)不送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi);溫(wen)度(du)高時(shi)是(shi)兩(liang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)緊緊相壓且上下(xia)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)頭(tou)同時(shi)送(song)(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi)。蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)中含有(you)一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)水分,一(yi)般(ban)在10%~25%,水分的(de)(de)(de)多少可通過控(kong)(kong)制供給的(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)量達到(dao)。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li) 整燙機(ji)的(de)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)有兩種(zhong):機(ji)械(xie)式(shi)(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)與氣動式(shi)(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。機(ji)械(xie)式(shi)(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)依靠調(diao)節上(shang)(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)調(diao)節器控制;氣動式(shi)(shi)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)通過調(diao)節上(shang)(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)氣動閥控制。在操作時可(ke)用紙(zhi)張、布試調(diao),同(tong)時應考濾到此壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)與熨斗加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)(shi)的(de)不同(tong)。同(tong)樣(yang)的(de)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),如在硬性(xing)物體(ti)之間,服裝上(shang)(shang)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)較大,如在軟(ruan)性(xing)物體(ti)之間、軟(ruan)性(xing)與硬性(xing)物體(ti)之間,其柔(rou)軟(ruan)的(de)程度會抵消一(yi)部分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)。
(3)冷卻 服裝(zhuang)在熨燙完成后,通過抽濕系統的控制,使底模形成負壓,讓空氣迅速透(tou)過置于其上(shang)的服裝(zhuang),從而將服裝(zhuang)上(shang)的蒸汽熱量(liang)和(he)水分隨空氣一起(qi)帶走。
工業(ye)洗衣機廠家冷卻(que)(que)有(you)兩(liang)種方式:一種是合(he)模冷卻(que)(que),也就(jiu)是當上(shang)下模頭(tou)仍合(he)在(zai)一起時(shi)冷卻(que)(que),此方式所需(xu)的時(shi)間(jian)較長,定(ding)形(xing)效果(guo)好;另一種是開模冷卻(que)(que),即將上(shang)模開啟(qi)冷卻(que)(que),效果(guo)比上(shang)一種稍(shao)差(cha),但時(shi)間(jian)較短。可按下列步驟進行。
一:將服裝放在下模頭上;
二:降下燙(tang)臺頭(tou)部,使用(yong)蒸汽噴射(she);
三(san):抬起(qi)燙臺頭(tou)部,使(shi)取形服裝以便它(ta)平整光滑;
四:合攏燙(tang)臺(tai)頭(tou)部,再(zai)一次(ci)使蒸汽噴射;
五:抬起燙臺頭(tou)部,使(shi)用(yong)真空吸濕去除(chu)濕氣和熱量。
