(1)溫(wen)(wen)度(du) 整(zheng)燙機的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)靠蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)量與調(diao)節兩模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的距(ju)(ju)離(li)來控制的。蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)量有兩個(ge)使用(yong)方法:一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)上(shang)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)送(song)(song)汽(qi)、下(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)不送(song)(song)汽(qi);二是(shi)(shi)(shi)上(shang)、下(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)同(tong)時(shi)送(song)(song)汽(qi)。兩模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的距(ju)(ju)離(li)小,則溫(wen)(wen)度(du)上(shang)升;兩模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)(ju)離(li)大(da),則溫(wen)(wen)度(du)下(xia)降。因此(ci),整(zheng)燙機的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)小時(shi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)兩橫頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)(ju)離(li)較大(da)且下(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)不送(song)(song)汽(qi)時(shi);溫(wen)(wen)度(du)高時(shi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)兩模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)緊(jin)緊(jin)相壓(ya)且上(shang)下(xia)模(mo)(mo)頭(tou)(tou)同(tong)時(shi)送(song)(song)汽(qi)時(shi)。蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)中含有一(yi)(yi)定的水分,一(yi)(yi)般在10%~25%,水分的多少可通過控制供給的蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)量達(da)到(dao)。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li) 整燙機的加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)有兩種(zhong):機械式(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)與氣動(dong)(dong)式(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。機械式(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)依(yi)靠調(diao)節(jie)上(shang)(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)調(diao)節(jie)器控制;氣動(dong)(dong)式(shi)加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)通過(guo)調(diao)節(jie)上(shang)(shang)模壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)氣動(dong)(dong)閥控制。在操作時可用紙(zhi)張、布(bu)試調(diao),同時應考(kao)濾到此壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)與熨斗加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)的不同。同樣的加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),如(ru)在硬(ying)性物(wu)體(ti)之間(jian)(jian),服裝上(shang)(shang)的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)較大,如(ru)在軟(ruan)性物(wu)體(ti)之間(jian)(jian)、軟(ruan)性與硬(ying)性物(wu)體(ti)之間(jian)(jian),其(qi)柔(rou)軟(ruan)的程度會抵消一部(bu)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)。
(3)冷卻 服(fu)裝(zhuang)在熨燙完成后,通過(guo)抽濕系統的(de)控制,使底模形(xing)成負壓,讓(rang)空氣(qi)迅速(su)透(tou)過(guo)置于其(qi)上的(de)服(fu)裝(zhuang),從而將(jiang)服(fu)裝(zhuang)上的(de)蒸(zheng)汽熱量和(he)水分隨空氣(qi)一起帶(dai)走。
工(gong)業洗衣機廠家冷(leng)卻(que)(que)有兩種(zhong)方式:一(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)合模(mo)冷(leng)卻(que)(que),也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)當(dang)上(shang)下(xia)模(mo)頭仍(reng)合在一(yi)起時冷(leng)卻(que)(que),此方式所(suo)需的時間較(jiao)長,定形效(xiao)果好;另一(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)開模(mo)冷(leng)卻(que)(que),即將上(shang)模(mo)開啟(qi)冷(leng)卻(que)(que),效(xiao)果比上(shang)一(yi)種(zhong)稍差,但時間較(jiao)短(duan)。可按下(xia)列步驟進行。
一:將服裝(zhuang)放在(zai)下模頭上;
二:降(jiang)下燙臺頭(tou)部(bu),使(shi)用蒸汽噴射;
三:抬起燙(tang)臺頭(tou)部,使取形服(fu)裝以便它平整光滑;
四:合攏燙臺頭部,再一次使蒸汽(qi)噴射;
五:抬起燙臺頭部,使用(yong)真(zhen)空吸濕(shi)去除濕(shi)氣和熱量。
