工業洗衣機廠家由于其是依靠整燙機的模頭對(dui)(dui)服(fu)裝進行(xing)的整體熨燙,故對(dui)(dui)一些細微之處難免顧(gu)及不到(dao)。
(1)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du) 整燙機的溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)靠蒸汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)與調節兩模頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的距(ju)離來(lai)控(kong)制(zhi)的。蒸汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)有兩個使用方法:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)上模頭(tou)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)、下模頭(tou)不送(song)汽(qi)(qi);二是(shi)(shi)上、下模頭(tou)同時(shi)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)。兩模頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的距(ju)離小,則(ze)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)上升;兩模頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)距(ju)離大(da)(da),則(ze)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)下降(jiang)。因此,整燙機的溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)小時(shi)是(shi)(shi)兩橫頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)距(ju)離較大(da)(da)且下模頭(tou)不送(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi);溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)時(shi)是(shi)(shi)兩模頭(tou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)緊緊相壓且上下模頭(tou)同時(shi)送(song)汽(qi)(qi)時(shi)。蒸汽(qi)(qi)中含有一(yi)定(ding)的水(shui)分,一(yi)般在10%~25%,水(shui)分的多少可通(tong)過控(kong)制(zhi)供(gong)給(gei)的蒸汽(qi)(qi)量(liang)達到。
(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li) 整(zheng)燙機的加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式有兩種:機械(xie)式加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)與氣動(dong)式加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。機械(xie)式加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)依靠(kao)調節(jie)上模(mo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)調節(jie)器控(kong)制(zhi);氣動(dong)式加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)通過(guo)調節(jie)上模(mo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)氣動(dong)閥控(kong)制(zhi)。在(zai)操作(zuo)時可用紙張、布(bu)試(shi)調,同時應考濾到此壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)與熨斗加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式的不同。同樣的加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),如在(zai)硬性(xing)物(wu)體之間(jian),服裝上的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)較大,如在(zai)軟性(xing)物(wu)體之間(jian)、軟性(xing)與硬性(xing)物(wu)體之間(jian),其(qi)柔(rou)軟的程度會抵消一(yi)部分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。
(3)冷卻 服(fu)裝在熨燙(tang)完(wan)成(cheng)后(hou),通過抽濕系統的控制,使(shi)底模(mo)形成(cheng)負壓,讓空氣迅(xun)速透過置于其上的服(fu)裝,從而將服(fu)裝上的蒸汽熱量和(he)水分隨空氣一起帶走。
工業洗衣機廠家冷(leng)卻(que)有兩種(zhong)方式(shi):一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)合模(mo)冷(leng)卻(que),也就是(shi)當上(shang)下(xia)模(mo)頭仍(reng)合在(zai)一(yi)(yi)起時(shi)冷(leng)卻(que),此方式(shi)所需的時(shi)間(jian)較長,定(ding)形(xing)效果好;另一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)開模(mo)冷(leng)卻(que),即(ji)將上(shang)模(mo)開啟冷(leng)卻(que),效果比上(shang)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)稍差,但時(shi)間(jian)較短。可(ke)按下(xia)列(lie)步(bu)驟進(jin)行(xing)。
一:將(jiang)服裝放(fang)在(zai)下模頭上;
二:降下燙(tang)臺頭部,使用蒸(zheng)汽(qi)噴射(she);
三:抬起(qi)燙臺頭部(bu),使取形服裝(zhuang)以便它平(ping)整光滑(hua);
四(si):合(he)攏燙(tang)臺頭部,再一次使蒸(zheng)汽噴射;
五:抬起(qi)燙臺頭部,使用真空吸濕去除濕氣(qi)和熱量。
