內蒙古洗滌設備烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)可分為工業(ye)與(yu)民用(yong)(yong)兩種,工業(ye)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)也(ye)叫干(gan)燥(zao)設備或干(gan)燥(zao)機(ji),民用(yong)(yong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是洗滌機(ji)械(xie)中(zhong)的(de)(de)一種,一般在(zai)(zai)水(shui)洗脫(tuo)水(shui)之后,用(yong)(yong)來除(chu)去服裝(zhuang)(zhuang)和其他(ta)紡織品中(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)分。烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)有(you)帶式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),滾(gun)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),箱(xiang)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),塔式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)等幾種模(mo)式(shi);熱(re)源有(you)煤,電(dian),氣(qi)(qi)等;物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)有(you)熱(re)風氣(qi)(qi)流式(shi)和輻射(she)式(shi)等,熱(re)風滾(gun)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)是熱(re)氣(qi)(qi)流從尾部向(xiang)前運動,與(yu)物料(liao)(liao)充分接觸,通(tong)過熱(re)傳(chuan)導、對流、輻射(she)傳(chuan)熱(re)量充分利用(yong)(yong);將(jiang)熱(re)能直接傳(chuan)遞給物料(liao)(liao),使物料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)水(shui)分在(zai)(zai)筒體內不斷被蒸(zheng)發,入料(liao)(liao)口(kou)的(de)(de)引風裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置將(jiang)大量的(de)(de)水(shui)分、濕氣(qi)(qi)流抽出(chu),防止粉塵外(wai)排造成的(de)(de)二(er)次污染;通(tong)過內螺旋(xuan)攪拌、掃散、抄板,推(tui)進物料(liao)(liao)運動,完成整(zheng)個烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)過程(cheng);逆流傳(chuan)導脫(tuo)濕,避免減(jian)少重(zhong)復烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)程(cheng)序。
普通(tong)常規烘(hong)干機(ji)工作(zuo)原理(li):烘(hong)干機(ji)在(zai)風機(ji)的抽力作(zuo)用下(xia),外面新鮮冷(leng)空氣(qi)直(zhi)接通(tong)過進(jin)風口與加熱(re)(re)器(qi)熱(re)(re)交換后(hou)變(bian)成干燥(zao)的熱(re)(re)空氣(qi),然后(hou)與滾(gun)(gun)筒中(zhong)翻滾(gun)(gun)的衣物(wu)進(jin)行熱(re)(re)交換后(hou)被排(pai)出機(ji)體(ti),而滾(gun)(gun)筒中(zhong)的衣物(wu),在(zai)干燥(zao)熱(re)(re)空氣(qi)作(zuo)用下(xia)水分逐(zhu)步蒸發并烘(hong)干。內蒙古洗滌設備(bei)由(you)于(yu)衣物(wu)中(zhong)水分蒸發需要吸收和消耗熱(re)(re)能(neng),因此烘(hong)干機(ji)排(pai)風溫(wen)度(du)隨著衣物(wu)中(zhong)水份減少而逐(zhu)步升高。主要存在(zai)問題是加熱(re)(re)器(qi)外露散熱(re)(re)及(ji)機(ji)殼散熱(re)(re)浪費大,蒸汽壓力波動對(dui)能(neng)耗影響很大。

干(gan)(gan)燥強度大,由(you)于物料在(zai)氣流(liu)中(zhong)高度分(fen)散,顆粒的(de)全部(bu)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)積極為(wei)干(gan)(gan)燥的(de)有效(xiao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)積。干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間短。氣流(liu)干(gan)(gan)燥器結(jie)(jie)構簡單,占地面(mian)(mian)(mian)積小,易于建造和維修。處理量大,熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率高。當(dang)干(gan)(gan)燥非結(jie)(jie)合(he)水時(shi),熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率可(ke)(ke)達60。干(gan)(gan)燥機實現(xian)了(le)“零水平推力”,大大減少了(le)擋托(tuo)輪(lun)的(de)磨損,筒體運轉平穩可(ke)(ke)靠;干(gan)(gan)燥機采用“調心式托(tuo)輪(lun)裝置”,內蒙(meng)古洗滌設備使(shi)托(tuo)輪(lun)和滾圈(quan)的(de)配合(he)永遠呈線性接觸,從(cong)而(er)大大降(jiang)低(di)了(le)磨損和動力損耗。
