內蒙古洗滌設備常見類(lei)型(xing):
一、是開式干洗機;
二(er)、是全封閉干(gan)洗機。其(qi)區別在于烘干(gan)回收系統。
制冷(leng)(leng)式干(gan)洗(xi)(xi)機(ji)又稱(cheng)為全封閉(bi)干(gan)洗(xi)(xi)機(ji)。在(zai)服裝洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)、脫液后(hou),衣物(wu)上(shang)殘留(liu)溶劑(ji)的(de)烘干(gan)回收(shou)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)一套(tao)冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)完成。制冷(leng)(leng)機(ji)組的(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)循環(huan)工作使衣物(wu)上(shang)的(de)殘留(liu)溶劑(ji)很(hen)快被加熱(re)、汽化(hua)、冷(leng)(leng)凝、液化(hua)回收(shou)。由(you)于制冷(leng)(leng)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)溫(wen)度比水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)式的(de)溫(wen)度低(di),烘干(gan)回收(shou)的(de)周期可縮(suo)短,溶劑(ji)回收(shou)率高,溶劑(ji)的(de)消(xiao)耗量在(zai)1左(zuo)右,故在(zai)烘干(gan)結束時(shi),洗(xi)(xi)衣筒內殘留(liu)四氯乙烯蒸(zheng)汽很(hen)少(shao),有的(de)制冷(leng)(leng)式干(gan)洗(xi)(xi)機(ji),為了進一步減(jian)少(shao)取衣時(shi)的(de)氣(qi)味(wei),在(zai)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)烘干(gan)風道的(de)出口裝有吸附器(qi)(qi),用來(lai)吸附排出氣(qi)體中的(de)四氯乙烯,以符合環(huan)境保護(hu)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。第五代(dai)全封閉(bi)式干(gan)洗(xi)(xi)機(ji),具有活性碳過(guo)濾,二(er)次回收(shou)和蒸(zheng)餾(liu)箱自動清洗(xi)(xi)裝置。
三、四(si)代封閉(bi)式(shi)干(gan)洗(xi)機,衣物(wu)在(zai)降(jiang)溫去味處理后筒體內(nei)氣(qi)態(tai)(tai)(tai)四(si)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯濃度低(di)也在(zai)1500—2000PPM,而五代機通過碳吸(xi)(xi)附系統(tong)的(de)吸(xi)(xi)附,可(ke)將簡體內(nei)氣(qi)態(tai)(tai)(tai)四(si)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯濃度降(jiang)至300PPM以下,此時開門取衣,可(ke)將四(si)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯外泄減到少,達到國際(ji)標(biao)準規(gui)定(ding)的(de)簡體內(nei)殘余污染度≤300PPM,周圍環境(jing)≤25PPM。有(you)的(de)第五代全封閉(bi)干(gan)洗(xi)機還具有(you)退(tui)(tui)吸(xi)(xi)附功能(neng),當吸(xi)(xi)附一定(ding)量四(si)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯后,內(nei)部活性碳趨于飽和,此時可(ke)以啟動退(tui)(tui)吸(xi)(xi)附系統(tong),內(nei)蒙古洗(xi)滌設備將活性碳再生,并在(zai)氣(qi)態(tai)(tai)(tai)溶劑冷凝成液態(tai)(tai)(tai)回(hui)收。
