內蒙古洗滌設備常見類型(xing):
一、是開式干洗機;
二、是全封(feng)閉(bi)干(gan)洗(xi)機(ji)。其區別在于(yu)烘干(gan)回收(shou)系(xi)統。
制冷(leng)(leng)式(shi)干(gan)(gan)(gan)洗(xi)機又(you)稱(cheng)為全封(feng)(feng)閉干(gan)(gan)(gan)洗(xi)機。在(zai)(zai)服(fu)裝(zhuang)洗(xi)滌、脫液后,衣物(wu)上殘留溶(rong)劑的(de)(de)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)回(hui)(hui)收(shou)是通過一(yi)套冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)完成(cheng)。制冷(leng)(leng)機組的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻循環(huan)工作使衣物(wu)上的(de)(de)殘留溶(rong)劑很快(kuai)被(bei)加熱、汽化(hua)、冷(leng)(leng)凝、液化(hua)回(hui)(hui)收(shou)。由(you)于制冷(leng)(leng)冷(leng)(leng)卻溫度比水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)式(shi)的(de)(de)溫度低,烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)回(hui)(hui)收(shou)的(de)(de)周期可縮短,溶(rong)劑回(hui)(hui)收(shou)率高(gao),溶(rong)劑的(de)(de)消(xiao)耗(hao)量在(zai)(zai)1左右,故在(zai)(zai)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)結(jie)束時,洗(xi)衣筒內殘留四氯(lv)乙烯蒸汽很少,有(you)的(de)(de)制冷(leng)(leng)式(shi)干(gan)(gan)(gan)洗(xi)機,為了進一(yi)步減少取衣時的(de)(de)氣(qi)味,在(zai)(zai)機器(qi)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)風道(dao)的(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)裝(zhuang)有(you)吸附器(qi),用來(lai)吸附排出(chu)氣(qi)體中的(de)(de)四氯(lv)乙烯,以符(fu)合環(huan)境(jing)保護的(de)(de)要求。第五代全封(feng)(feng)閉式(shi)干(gan)(gan)(gan)洗(xi)機,具有(you)活性碳過濾,二(er)次(ci)回(hui)(hui)收(shou)和蒸餾箱(xiang)自動清洗(xi)裝(zhuang)置。
三、四(si)(si)(si)代封(feng)閉式(shi)干洗(xi)(xi)機,衣物在(zai)(zai)降溫去味(wei)處(chu)理后(hou)筒體(ti)(ti)內氣態(tai)四(si)(si)(si)氯(lv)(lv)乙烯(xi)濃(nong)度低也在(zai)(zai)1500—2000PPM,而五代機通過碳吸(xi)(xi)附系統的(de)吸(xi)(xi)附,可(ke)將(jiang)簡體(ti)(ti)內氣態(tai)四(si)(si)(si)氯(lv)(lv)乙烯(xi)濃(nong)度降至300PPM以(yi)(yi)下(xia),此時開門(men)取衣,可(ke)將(jiang)四(si)(si)(si)氯(lv)(lv)乙烯(xi)外泄減到(dao)少,達到(dao)國際標準規定的(de)簡體(ti)(ti)內殘余污染度≤300PPM,周圍環境≤25PPM。有的(de)第五代全封(feng)閉干洗(xi)(xi)機還具有退吸(xi)(xi)附功能(neng),當吸(xi)(xi)附一定量四(si)(si)(si)氯(lv)(lv)乙烯(xi)后(hou),內部活性(xing)碳趨(qu)于飽和(he),此時可(ke)以(yi)(yi)啟動退吸(xi)(xi)附系統,內蒙古(gu)洗(xi)(xi)滌設備將(jiang)活性(xing)碳再(zai)生,并在(zai)(zai)氣態(tai)溶劑冷凝成液(ye)態(tai)回收(shou)。
