內(nei)蒙古(gu)洗(xi)滌設(she)備常見類型:
一、是開式干洗機;
二、是全封(feng)閉干(gan)洗(xi)機。其區別在(zai)于(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)回收系統。
制冷(leng)式(shi)干洗(xi)機(ji)(ji)又稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)全封閉干洗(xi)機(ji)(ji)。在服裝(zhuang)洗(xi)滌、脫(tuo)液后(hou),衣物(wu)上殘(can)留(liu)溶劑的(de)(de)(de)烘(hong)干回(hui)(hui)收(shou)是通過一套冷(leng)凝器完成。制冷(leng)機(ji)(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)卻(que)循環(huan)工作(zuo)使(shi)衣物(wu)上的(de)(de)(de)殘(can)留(liu)溶劑很快被加(jia)熱、汽化、冷(leng)凝、液化回(hui)(hui)收(shou)。由于制冷(leng)冷(leng)卻(que)溫(wen)度比水(shui)冷(leng)式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度低,烘(hong)干回(hui)(hui)收(shou)的(de)(de)(de)周(zhou)期可縮短,溶劑回(hui)(hui)收(shou)率高(gao),溶劑的(de)(de)(de)消耗量(liang)在1左右(you),故在烘(hong)干結束時,洗(xi)衣筒內殘(can)留(liu)四(si)氯(lv)乙烯(xi)(xi)蒸汽很少(shao),有(you)的(de)(de)(de)制冷(leng)式(shi)干洗(xi)機(ji)(ji),為(wei)(wei)了進一步減少(shao)取衣時的(de)(de)(de)氣味,在機(ji)(ji)器烘(hong)干風道的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口裝(zhuang)有(you)吸附(fu)器,用來吸附(fu)排出(chu)氣體中的(de)(de)(de)四(si)氯(lv)乙烯(xi)(xi),以符合環(huan)境保護(hu)的(de)(de)(de)要求。第五(wu)代全封閉式(shi)干洗(xi)機(ji)(ji),具有(you)活性碳過濾,二次回(hui)(hui)收(shou)和蒸餾箱自動清洗(xi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。
三、四代封閉(bi)式(shi)干(gan)(gan)洗機(ji),衣物(wu)在(zai)降(jiang)溫去味處理(li)后(hou)筒體內(nei)氣(qi)態四氯(lv)乙(yi)烯(xi)濃(nong)度(du)低也在(zai)1500—2000PPM,而五代機(ji)通過碳(tan)吸附(fu)(fu)(fu)系統的吸附(fu)(fu)(fu),可將(jiang)簡(jian)體內(nei)氣(qi)態四氯(lv)乙(yi)烯(xi)濃(nong)度(du)降(jiang)至300PPM以下,此(ci)時(shi)開門(men)取衣,可將(jiang)四氯(lv)乙(yi)烯(xi)外泄(xie)減到(dao)少,達到(dao)國際標準規(gui)定的簡(jian)體內(nei)殘余污(wu)染(ran)度(du)≤300PPM,周圍環境≤25PPM。有的第五代全封閉(bi)干(gan)(gan)洗機(ji)還(huan)具有退吸附(fu)(fu)(fu)功能(neng),當吸附(fu)(fu)(fu)一定量四氯(lv)乙(yi)烯(xi)后(hou),內(nei)部活(huo)(huo)性碳(tan)趨于飽(bao)和,此(ci)時(shi)可以啟(qi)動退吸附(fu)(fu)(fu)系統,內(nei)蒙(meng)古洗滌設(she)備將(jiang)活(huo)(huo)性碳(tan)再生,并在(zai)氣(qi)態溶(rong)劑冷凝成液態回收。
